The Irish organist Gerard Gillen offered on Saturday April 19 the second organ recital in the Cathedral-Magistral

Given the large audience attentive to this new appointment of the Second International Organ Festival “Ciudad de Alcalá” held at the Cathedral-Magistral de Alcalá de Henares, Alcalá organized by the diocese and sponsored by the City Council of the City. Gerard Gillen Irish organist played a varied program of works by Bach, Franck, Messiaen and Widor. Here again the reading of brief program notes written by the organist, helped the audience to follow the concert. Irish musician, Gerard Gillen is Professor and organist of the Catholic Pro-Cathedral in Dublin.
