CONCERT OF LIUDMILA MATSYURA IN THE SAN GINES CHURCH IN MADRID

“THE REAL CHURCH OF SAN GINÉS IN MADRID ALSO FULL FULL AGAIN TO LISTEN TO THE RECITAL OF THE ORGANIST OF ALCALA LIUDMILA MATSYURA”

This time it was in the Royal Church of San Gines in Madrid these days celebrates its second cycle of concerts of organ “organ music at Easter,” organized by Ars Organi, with the sponsorship of the Madrid City Council and led by Madrid organist Felipe Lopez, organist of the Shrine of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and San Ginés Church in Madrid.

On Sunday, April 27, the organist of the Complutense Cathedral Liudmila Matsyura, gave a superb recital before an audience that filled the whole San Ginés Church. Among the many people attending were friends organists, professional musicians, amateurs and lovers of organ music.

Note the presence of the organist and professor at the Conservatory of Madrid Anselmo Serna, accompanied by his students, and also the residents of Alcala who moved to Madrid to listen to the recital by the organist of the Alcala Cathedral.

For an hour works of S. Franck, A. Vivaldi, B. Julia, ISBach, J. Langlais were performed by the Russian-Spanish organist with skill and excellent technique, showing good taste and knowledge in the art of registration, which made the delight of an audience that expressed loving thanks to continuous applause.

After the concert, at the insistence of the public Liudmila again played one particular work of V. Petralli as “bis”, later commented very positively by the present organists.
